Digital Orders
For most of our products available on this website, you’ll receive them through electronic download. Upon purchase, you’ll gain full access to a members page, with login details conveniently emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if you don’t find the login information in your inbox.
Physically Shipped Orders
If your order requires postal delivery, we ship through trusted service providers including:
- USPS Media Mail
- USPS First Class Mail International (for international orders)
Shipping Times
For domestic (USA) orders:
- Up to 2 business days for order processing.
- Allow up to 10 business days for delivery via USPS Media Mail.
For international orders:
- Up to 2 business days for order processing.
- Allow up to 15 business days for delivery via USPS First Class Mail International.
Refunds
We offer full refunds on physical item purchases upon return. Please send returns to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road STE C, Lindon, UT 84042. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For digital item refunds, simply email customer support with your ClickBank receipt.
Physical Product Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we provide a 24-hour ‘cooling down’ period for customers to cancel their physical product orders and receive an immediate refund. Visit this link to initiate the cancellation process.
Tracking My Parcel
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, our publisher and fulfillment partner, Vervante, will send you a tracking link via email within 3 business days of your purchase. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folders, as sometimes these emails can be filtered incorrectly.
